Blank AKC Entry Form
Here's my self-extracting file that contains a blank form you can use to enter AKC agility trials. Includes all the most recent changes. In Word format. You can also view it in PDF format.

Entry Form Templates
AKC and UKC entry forms. These allow you to fill everything out on your computer, and can be used for conformation and obedience as well.

Spectator's Handout

MACH Points Tracker
This zip file contains an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of AKC MACH points. Visit the Canine Pilot page for a version that runs on the PalmPilot (and other neat stuff).

Petition to AKC
This is a petition to ask AKC to allow mixed breeds to compete in agility, obedience and tracking.

Approved Agility Judges
The searchable database for judges has been moved to the Info Center at Clean Run. Covers AKC, UKC, NADAC, USDAA and AAC. Judges, be sure to stop in and update/check your information!

Agility Seminars
